I post it just because this is one of family favorite dessert since i was a kid, and first decorative cake i've made years ago (usually i just make "bolu" or ring shaped sponge cake without any decoration). I guess all of you can describe in different ways about this cake, since it has many versions, 3 layers chocolate sponge cake glazed with rum, enrich with soft whipped cream and dark cherry in each layer, topped and decorated with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and cherries makes a magical moment in your birthday or even in your laziness time in the afternoon. - in a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, milk and yeast, then put in mashed potato and egg yolks, blend to be half dough.<br />
- Add butter and salt, keep blend it to be a perfect dough.<br />
- Cut the dough 50gr for each, round and let them rest for about 20 minutes until become twice bigger.<br />
- Make hole in the middle, shaped like ring, fry until golden brown in medium heat oil.<br />
- Garnish with mint sugar powder or as you like it.<br />

1 cm galingale, bruised<br />
2 tsp chili oil<br />
1/2 tsp salt / as you like<br />
3 pcs red chili, grind<br />
1 pcs garlic, grind<br />

Filling:<br />
300 gr prawn, remove the head and cleaned<br />
100 gr straw mushroom<br />
8 pcs green chili<br />
1 stalk lemongrass, remove the outer leafs, take the white stalk only, cut into 1 cm length<br />
5 sheet cilanto, minced<br />
2 sheet kaffir lime leaf, minced<br />
5 tbs lemon juice<br />

How to cook :<br />
1.Heat the stock with all the spices until boiling. Strain and discard the spices.<br />
2.Reheat stock, put in the prawn, straw mushroom, chili, and minced lemongrass. Boil it. Add the lemon juice and stir a while to combine. Serve immediately in bowl and spread with cilantro as garnish.<br />
